In just the past 60 days, there have been seven closed sales over $5 million, including a $10M home on Saint Gaudens, and a $14M waterfront condo at Park Grove.

We also currently have six pending sales over $5 million, including four over ten million and two around twenty million, showing just how active the Grove’s luxury market is right now.

According to the Miami Association of Realtors, New York was the number one source of out-of-state buyers moving to Miami, with Los Angeles coming in second.

And it’s not just Manhattan. Five New York counties made the top ten including New York, Nassau, Suffolk, Kings, and Queens.
