We're excited to celebrate another closing with Sarah and David!

Sarah and David relocated from the Pacific Northwest for work and to be closer to family. And in what couldn't have been a better time... LeBron switched coasts, and these two did too. It only felt right. 😉

Mid-Year Philadelphia-Area Market Update 🔑

The Stats:
⬆️ 10.3% increase in average sales price
⬆️ 27.6% increase in active listings on market

My thoughts: Real estate is an appreciating asset, meaning that over time, home values have historically trended upward. While appreciation rates vary from year to year, these numbers reflect not only rising home values but also Philadelphia's growing appeal. Between its relative affordability, incredible food scene, rich culture, and vibrant neighborhoods, Philly continues to attract buyers from both within and outside the region.

I think that's one of the biggest drivers behind the increase in home sales, higher average sale prices, and the number of active listings we're seeing this year. It'll be interesting to see how the market continues to evolve through the rest of 2026!

July always seems to fly by, but it's the perfect time for my team and me to reflect on the progress we've made toward our goals for the year.

I'm incredibly grateful to say we've already exceeded the goals we set for ourselves at the start of 2026. While the weather here in Philly is HOT, the real estate market might be even hotter, and we're thankful to have helped so many incredible clients navigate it.
