A huge congratulations to Janice and David on closing on their new home in Philadelphia.

After initially losing out in a multiple-offer situation, the listing agents reached back out to me – even with my clients' home sale contingency in place. We were able to make it work, and I'm thrilled to officially welcome Janice and David to Northwest Philly!

Let’s revisit last weekend’s Spring Client Event ⚾️☀️💙

A huge thank you to all of our amazing clients who joined us last Sunday for our client event. We spent the afternoon cheering on the Phillies against the White Sox, enjoying great food, great company, and an even better outcome… a Phils win! ⚾️🎉

It was definitely a hot one, but spending time with such wonderful people we’ve met through home searches, buying, and selling processes is invaluable. We are so grateful for the relationships we’ve built and love having opportunities like this to connect outside of real estate.

CLOSED & CONGRATS 🔑

This one goes to our fabulous clients, Mike and Denise! About a year ago, we spent a day touring Philly to get to know the neighborhoods. From the start, they were charmed by the Queen Village & Bella Vista areas, but we just weren't seeing places that worked for them come for sale. In the meantime, we got them set up with a furnished rental in Fairmount so they could explore Philly, get to know our city of neighborhoods.

Fast forward to April, and we weren't sure we would find something that checked their boxes, so they were debating signing a year-long lease... and then the absolute perfect (!!!) place came up for sale. I knew we couldn't let it go all weekend and lead to a crazy bidding war, so we wrote a super strong offer that the sellers couldn't refuse.

I am so happy to officially welcome Mike & Denise to Queen Village! Cheers to you both 🥂
