2017 was the 6th consecutive year of growth (8% increase over 2016) in home sales in the Philadelphia area... can we make it 7 straight, in 2018?

Larry Flick certainly thinks so, and I agree! Here's why:

- Millennials are entering home buying ages; one of the largest pools of people since baby boomers!
- Unemployment remains low and could dip lower, boosting wage and income growth.
- Even though they're rising, interest rates remain historically low.
