The wait is over. After years of buzz, Borromini is finally opening in Rittenhouse at the end of this month. Stephen Starr’s newest two-story, 200-seat Italian restaurant will bring mid-century Roman trattoria style to 1805 Walnut Street, right on the Square.

The menu, designed by James Beard Award-winner Mark Ladner and Executive Chef Julian Baker, will feature the legendary 100-layer lasagna, along with calamari calamarata, mafaldine al limone, and other Italian classics.

Rittenhouse is about to have a new go-to for pasta night.
