With over 10 years as a Sales Agent I have worked with Buyers, Sellers, Landlords and Tenants. I service the City/County of Philadelphia and specialize in The Loft District, Northern Liberties and Fishtown neighborhoods as well as all of Center City. On a personal level, I bought my first property at the age of 26, a condo in The Loft District. During my ten years of ownership I served on the Board of Directors for the Condo Association for four of those years, two years as President. Currently I own three properties in Philadelphia, one of which is a triplex in Northeast Philly, and I’ve been a Landlord since 2004. My interest in Real Estate began in the late 1990’s when I realized the tremendous appreciation in my condo, and I have always been fascinated and in love with The City of Philadelphia, my birthplace and home.
