Q: What are the requirements to move into the apartment? A: Perkins Realty does not require the typical Security Deposit, 1st Month and Last Month Rent. A.

We understand that obtaining large amounts of cash can be difficult; we only require a security deposit (equal to 1 month's rent) and pro-rated rent payments for the month you move in. Q: Is there a background check/employment verification? A: Yes. Because We do not require the typical fees to obtain an apartment, we screen tenants very carefully. Once you pay the $30.00 application fee, it will

include a background check employment verification. Q: What is your pet policy? A: Pets can be allowed on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the type of animal and size, some pets are allowed on the premises. Q: What is included in the rent? A: Tenants at Philadelphia properties will only pay electricity and internet/cable. The water bill and trash fees are included in the rent payments. Tenants at all other locations will pay all utility costs. Q: Do you require renter's insurance? Renters insurance is not required, but it is HIGHLY suggested. Personal items in the apartments/home are not covered under Perkins Realty Insurance Policy. Q: How do I pay rent? A: Rent payments can be made via PayPal or through certified check
