Last week, we officially kicked off our Q1 Alterra Connect mentorship program with an afternoon of casual networking and conversation. It was fantastic to bring our team together for face-to-face time, giving mentors and mentees a chance to connect, discuss different career paths across Alterra, and spark new ideas in a relaxed setting.

Investing in our people and building strong internal networks is at the heart of what we do. Looking forward to watching these mentorship partnerships grow throughout the quarter!

At Alterra Property Group, we're intentional about creating opportunities for our team to connect beyond the day-to-day.

This quarter's Alterra Women's Forum took us to Five Iron Golf for an afternoon that gave us the chance to connect outside the office and try something new together. Whether we were picking up a golf club for the first time or simply catching up with colleagues, the event was a great reminder of the value of investing in one another.

Our team recently toured the site in Philadelphia's Queen Village neighborhood and had the opportunity to see the progress firsthand. This future residential community will bring thoughtfully designed living spaces to one of Philadelphia's most sought-after neighborhoods, and we're looking forward to sharing more as the project continues to evolve.
