Edward Marcinkiewicz, Philadelphia Realtor Being a full time agent is important to my customers when they are looking to entrust an agent with I am a full time agent. I am also honest.

I don't work anywhere else for a living. In today's market with a lot of agents bailing or doing it part time, I believe a full time commitment is important to my customers. After all, you wouldn't go to a part time dentist, or surgeon in the evening because he or she had a full time day job doing something unrelated. So why should you have to do it with probably the largest monetary investment in

your life. I believe trust can be a fleeting thing. Once a consumer's trust weakens, everything falls apart. Trust, in my opinion is the cornerstone of any business. And I take it serious. I also try to make my customers have a good time looking for a home. It can be very stressful, so I try to do everything to put my customer at ease, including humor. I have a bachelor's in Psychology and I have also done stand-up comedy in the past, so I think I have a good understanding of people's anxiety with big decisions.
