Apparently Buying a House Wasn’t Exciting Enough Already… 😂

Your U&O requirements can change just by crossing into the next township. I’m Amy Greenstein Zimney, a Pennsylvania Realtor with KW Main Line, and today we’re talking about one of those wonderfully simple parts of PA real estate that isn’t actually simple at all.

Apparently, if you don’t post on YouTube for a few months, people start checking for a pulse. 😂

I’m Amy Greenstein Zimney, a Pennsylvania Realtor with KW Main Line serving Glenside, Jenkintown, Abington, Elkins Park, Philadelphia and Montgomery County, PA. After a little social media disappearance, someone actually called and asked if I was DEAD because I hadn’t posted in months.

For the record, I’m alive. I’m still selling real estate. I’m still coaching Realtors. I’m still talking about houses, home renovations, the Philadelphia real estate market, customer service and whatever else catches my attention.

I just apparently forgot that the internet requires occasional proof of life.

So consider this my official return to YouTube Shorts and my proof of life. More Pennsylvania real estate, Realtor life, home tours, renovation projects, real estate tips and probably a little chaos coming soon.

Did anyone miss me, or was it literally just that one person? 😂
