Fulcrum Homes is expanding! Our residential re-development business is booming in Philadelphia. We’re looking for licensed general contractors who have a trained team to complete full gut and cosmetic renovations. Work is primarily situated in Germantown, Mt. Airy, and pockets of West Philly.

Responsibilities:
-Obtain permits from City of Philadelphia
-Oversee job site on daily basis to ensure satisfactory work is delivered on time and within budget.
-Select and coordinate sub-contractors, ensuring that permits are obtained, work is completed on time and within budget, and inspections are passed. (Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC)
-Follow a detailed scope of work including demolition, carpentry, trim, interior and exterior painting, roofing, window replacements, installation of new kitchen and bathrooms, and detailed finishing
-Ensures job site is clean and orderly on a daily basis
-Communicate with project managers on regular basis Including phone calls, in person visits, and sending video and photos as requested.
-Contractor is responsible for providing all tools and equipment needed to complete work

Requirements:
-Must have strong financial standing. We pay our contractors on time for completed and satisfactory work according to an agreed upon payment schedule.
-Licence in good standing with the State of PA and City of Philadelphia
-Contractor must carry insurance and list Fulcrum Homes as additionally insured on policy for applicable projects. Proof of insurance is required and will be verified.
-Strong carpentry skills and attention to detail

Qualifications:
-Provide a minimum of 3 previous clients or projects for reference
-Licensed and insured
