Compass Greater Philadelphia Q2 Market Report was just released and the data is so interesting. Sales prices in Fairmount, Passyunk Square and Rittenhouse are up significantly. However, the usually popular Mount Airy saw a slight decline in sales prices. The suburbs continue to increase in prices overall and as expected.
