Just want to share two developments that are underway this year! First off, 95 is finally being capped! This project has been in the works for some time now and construction will start in the next few months, with an completion target of 2026. Next up is the space at Festival Pier which is turning into a $2.2B mixed use project, including multi family housing, commercial space and four acres of public space and parks! One of the fascinating things about real estate is it’s social and environmental impact. A recent study by found that crime rates near abandoned homes that were renovated with new doors, windows and other improvements saw a decrease in gun crimes. Healthy looking houses lead to healthier social interaction among neighbors which could lead to safer streets. Looking forward to see Philly follow up on this study!
