Prior to a career in real estate, Tina managed several local fitness facilities where she was committed to not only the health goals of her own clients, but also the success of the overall business. Tina is a confident, energetic and friendly professional who developed a passion for fitness & nutrition while in high school. r Hyatt Hotels and then worked for MIT in Event Planning. Tina earned her Master’s Degree from Boston College while employed full-time at MIT and part-time at a gym. Her consistent high energy level and organization skills came in handy during those years! Having grown up in Bucks County, and living and working in the Spring-Ford Area School District since 1998, Tina has experienced many moves across all of the important life stages. She can relate to being a 1st time home buyer, selling & buying a home with a toddler & pets in tow (from one state to another), selling a home post-divorce, and downsizing and buying a home as a single. A proud mother of two active children, Tina’s son and daughter have both attended Spring-Ford schools. Working many years as a fitness/nutrition professional as well as a few years as a technical recruiter enabled her to positively impact the lives of many people. In her personal time, Tina enjoys working out, watching her daughter cheer, cooking, spending time with loved ones & friends, and participating in various athletic events such as Tough Mudders, the MS City to Shore ride, the Philadelphia Broad Street Run, and many other charity 5ks, trail run races, and mud runs. She is confident that keeping fit contributes to her consistently high energy level and a “do-whatever-it-takes-to-succeed” attitude! Tina has always loved connecting with people and building relationships with a genuine desire to understand her clients’ wants and needs. She understands that buying or selling a home can be an emotional experience because she’s been through it many times!
