Our brand new Triplex hit the market earlier last week and two of the three units currently have a signed lease🙌😆🎉 Black finishes throughout and we tried some nice, simple cabinet pulls that turned out to look great and even tried out some new light fixtures that we're loving🤓😍

Quick throwback - remember this empty lot after demolition of an old cabinet warehouse last year?? Well progress has since been made 👀😆🤓

Over the past year - we’ve not only broken ground but also SOLD OUT on phase 1, and now we’re just about ready to begin making settlement on the first couple of homes. Super excited for the settlements coming up at the end of month🤪

Also, we cannot thank our contractors enough for working around the clock to get to where we are today🙌🏻👨‍🔧👷‍♂️🛠🧰🚜 We hit a few setbacks when COVID shook the world but everyone stayed safe and powered through once we got the go ahead to start back up😷💪🙌 😷
