Busy week:

My Delaware seller is officially under contract and looking for her next home! 👏🏽
Only had her beautiful home on the market for 4 days, had 13 showings, an open house weekend, and 5 offers submitted, and we got it done and quickly! 🤌 And $10k over asking doesn’t hurt either 🤗

DE Realtors: Anyone has a listing coming in Northern DE? 👀 Preferably a Ranch, Cape Cod, or Split Level, 3-4bd, multiple baths…If so, hit me! 🤓

Next Up: Investment Property hitting the market tomorrow: Norristown, PA commercial property- bar/lounge on 1st floor and 4 residential units on the 2nd and 3rd floor! Basically shell condition, any interest, hit me up! 😁

Happy Friday guys! 👋🏽

What a week?! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

First, I’m elated for my sellers that we were able to accept an attractive offer and get under contract with a great buyer this week‼️

I’ve had listings go under contract in a weekend, and a listing go under contract in a few weeks. But this listing here took me a whooping 59 days to get under contract! 😬 And I have no problem sharing that because this property forced me to get creative and think outside the box! Not everyone can see the potential in a property and the neighborhood, and then buy into its future! But the right buyer, often the smart “investor minded” buyer can! 😉

One thing about me, if I believe in the property, I’m going to list REGARDLESS of the odds! Listing a beautifully rehabbed property during the holidays was hurdle #1, and having a gorgeous property in an up and coming area was hurdle # 2, and then not just accepting any old offer was hurdle #3!

But I don’t shy away from a challenge, in fact I run towards them! So with the support of my sellers, we stayed committed to receiving a certain offer (nothing less even if it meant waiting)… and this week, we got it! 🔥🔥🔥

Wish my sellers good luck as we start the process towards closing!



Inspection is already done, let’s get it! 😎
