Hey- look who’s on the cover of this month’s Philadelphia REAL Producers Magazine! I’ve always enjoyed reading this magazine when it arrives in the mail and the community of peers it has inspired- and how exciting to be on the cover! What a wild year in real estate it has been. From interest rates wildly sliding up and down, to record-setting months of sales, and to helping clients old and new, I’m excited about the places this career has taken me and what is to come. And of course I would be nothing without my team members Candace Gallagher, Tracy Mani, and Stephanie Ambroise, as well as my loyal clients who have gotten me here. Thanks so much to Josh Buchter for putting my face - but even more importantly, my dog, Louie- on a magazine! I met this lovely couple when they came to pick up an antique dresser I was selling, and they reached back out for help with selling their home. They had carefully redesigned their home in Port Richmond to highlight its original features and their thoughtful design sense throughout really made it stand out. We received several offers immediately and I was happy to sell it for them at over asking right away! We wish them the best in their new chapter and hope that they will return to Philly again in the future :)
