Wow, yesterday I published my 200th newsletter since I started Toolkit for the Confident Agent almost three years ago.

Since summer 2023, I’ve been sharing lessons, strategies and mindset shifts (and lots of personal stories!) that helped me build a thriving real estate business and a life I love.

Twice per week, this newsletter has hit the inboxes of so many women and over time, a great community has been built on the tenets of supporting one another, growing together and elevating our profession and industry.

This week marked the end of my daughter’s Mommy & Me ballet class 🩷🩰

When I was working in Corporate, I never thought I’d have the ability to leave space on my calendar, but now that is a highlight of my career in real estate.

I intentionally kept Wednesdays open this year to give myself that freedom. No standing meetings. No calls. Just flexibility.

And wouldn’t you know, a little ballet class showed up right in that space.

Sitting there, watching her spin with that smile, I had one of those quiet, grounding moments where you think: This is why I do this.

This is the beauty of building your own business.
It’s not just the money. It’s the choice.

If you’re in Corporate right now and you feel like your life is scheduled for you, I see you. I was there.

And I want you to know that there’s another way to build a meaningful career that actually holds your life, not competes with it.

One thing I’m noticing in coaching this week:
A lot of women are sitting on solid pipelines that just feel slow.

This is typical - especially this time of year.

Managing your pipeline allows you to take control of opportunities that might feel a little out of reach. Stay two steps ahead to actively move your opportunities along.

Confidence in Action ✨

For many agents, the hardest step isn’t working harder - it’s deciding to invest in themselves.

This client had been considering coaching for a long time before finally taking the leap. What she found on the other side was clarity, accountability and a community of ambitious women building meaningful businesses.

With more control over my daily schedule than my husband, I usually default to primary parent when things get a little off kilter - sick days, snow days, doctor or dentist appointments.

Today, we embraced our snow adventure, and I must say, these days are a lot more fun as our son gets older.

Lots of screen time and more snacks than I can count while I got the bulk of work done, but Jack learned a little more about my day to day and I enjoyed our time together.
