The best part of what we do? Hearing from the people who call our communities home.

From finding the right apartment to making it truly their own, we're proud to be part of our residents' journey, and even prouder to hear them share their stories.

To every family who has trusted us with their next chapter: thank you. Watching you walk through that door for the first time never gets old!

**Happy 5th Odin Anniversary, Delphi Dolworth!** 🎉

Today we are celebrating 5 incredible years of Delphi at Odin Properties! Delphi brings so much dedication and energy to our team every day, and we couldn't be more grateful for everything she does to make our community thrive.

When she’s off the clock, Delphi is a true explorer and creative mind. You can usually find her in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes, sampling local dining spots, or treating herself to a bit of caviar! A passionate traveler and adventurer, she’s always hunting for hidden gems in a new city, enjoying the outdoors, or planning her next getaway. Back home, she puts her creative eye to work with interior decorating—but no matter where she is, she's all about laughter, good company, and making unforgettable memories.

Delphi, thank you for 5 fantastic years of hard work, heart, and high standards. Cheers to celebrating you and to many more great years ahead! 🥂✨

Big news in Atlantic City! We've broken ground on Atlantic Lofts, our $22.5M transformation of Atlantic City's historic Schwehm Building into 56 modern loft apartments and new retail space.

For years, this 1920s Renaissance Revival landmark at 1 S. New York Avenue sat vacant. We didn't just see an empty building, we saw a vital piece of Atlantic City's architectural history deserving of new investment.

Coming to the Orange Loop: 56 loft-style apartments, ground-floor retail, a fitness center, bike storage, and more. Groundbreaking ceremony this September!

A groundbreaking ceremony is expected in September.

At Odin Properties, it’s more than providing a place to live—it’s about creating communities where people feel valued, supported, and at home. ❤️🏡

We’re proud to hear directly from our residents about what makes their communities special. Their experiences remind us why the work we do matters every day.

Our residents are at the heart of everything we do. 💙
