These two closings brought me full circle as I end my real estate career to follow my dreams in North Carolina. Selling my home and selling my neighbors house in Mt Airy, where I started real estate, have been very emotional to say the least!
I am so grateful for every single person that I have been connected with through these years, and every single client that trusted in me. I have learned so much and met so many amazing people!

Y’all this one is bitter sweet! Not only is this my home of the last 5 years, the home where I lived when I got married and had my sweet baby, but it’s also my last listing of my real estate career. 308 W Glenside Ave is a true gem of a house. I remember when I first saw it, it was filled with light on a cloudy snowy day, and that still rings true. We have spent so much time and energy making some truly meaningful upgrades to this home! Sure the obvious ones like the renovated kitchen and bathroom, custom bench in dining room with storage, new storm door, back door and basement door, and mini splits with electric baseboard heaters. Yesterday, my client Audrey closed on this amazing property! Since she’s a pilot (total brag, so amazing-girl power!!), she needed to be closer to the airport. She also wanted to get out of the city and find a nice yard, and she did! This property has it all, a huge lot with extra parking, plenty of space for activities, and a ton of original charm. There are even hidden pocket doors in the dining room that are currently out of commission, she’s going to restore them to their original glory, I can’t wait! We looked at many places, and I’m so glad we stuck it out because this house was lovingly maintained by the sellers, and it’s the perfect place for her to settle and create a home when she isn’t jet setting! Congratulations to my client on the purpose of this Quakertown cutie! We met as neighbors in Mt Airy and kept in touch. We started the house hunt in 2021 and it wasn’t quite the time. After a short break we hit the ground running this summer looking for the perfect place. It took some time and dedication, but we finally found the one! Now my sweet client has this gourmet kitchen, and a wonderful house to go with it!

When he and Jackie reached out looking for a home I was thrilled to help! We searched, put in some offers that didn’t work out, and when we found the one it was all worth it. We put a solid game plan together and beat out all the competition, including a cash offer! They are now the proud owners of a stunning home with so many charming details it’s possibly one of the my favorite houses I have ever sold! Happy Closing to my sellers! Life can throw difficult situations to anyone, and this property needed to be sold after my clients decided to go their separate ways. We originally connected in 2022, but it wasn’t the right time for my clients to sell. I stayed in touch and assured them that I would be ready when they were. Fast forward to the fall of 2023 and the property was ready to hit the market. We were on the market for two weeks before we went under contract. There were definitely some bumps along the road, the property had been vacant for over a year, but with patience, persistence, and professional communication we were able to get this deal to the closing table. This giant beautiful house is lucky to have new owners, and my sellers are now able to move on. I’m so grateful to my sellers for their patience and trust in me during this process, especially since they both live out of state. Happy Closing day to my clients! They reached out looking to relocate from Portland to be closer to their kids that live in the area. Originally they wanted to be in Glenside (my home base) with small yard, but once they started exploring they realized that they wanted more projects after retiring and to have more space to grow food. Since they were nomads during the process, we had to move quickly to find them a home. We saw 20 houses in 2 days 😱, and once we saw this cape cod with all the potential and a giant yard to grow all their food, they fell in love. From there it was smooth sailing, and now they can start their renovations! I can’t wait to see them bring these good bones back to life! It’s been so busy over here, but I had to pause and congratulate my friends and sellers of their beautiful home in Lafayette Hill! After receiving multiple offers we went under contract within 3 days over asking and with very favorable terms for my sellers!

I met Susie at an event a few years ago, and we clicked! We quickly became friends, I went to her wedding, and she did the flowers at my wedding and was an honored guest! While I am so glad for them as sellers, I am so sad to see her and her husband go 🙃 a bitter-sweet sale for sure! I can’t wait to come visit y’all in NC, and hear about all of your adventures.
