🛠️ Making sure you use the right home inspector is critical to ensuring your investment is well protected. .russ with is my go-to for many reasons, but here you can see some of what he does in action while out in the field!

🚁 Normally with a roof of this height, Russ would be using his drone to get a good look at what's going on, but when circumstances don't allow for it, there is another way!

📸 Here you can see his telescopic camera pole getting the shot from one roof to the next.

🔌 We also found an electrical box which had been sealed and painted a few times over. Some inspectors may say they were unable to access the panel, but Russ cut the whole bad boy out of there!

🤯 It's amazing what a few bucks, some sweat, and a healthy amount of frustration can do to make things feel a lot different!

💧This project started out of necessity, with our old faucets spilling onto the countertop when running at a drip. So since we were changing the faucets, why not change everything else as well??
