Today's settlement was so satisfying. I represented the Sellers when they were buyers in 2020 during the height of Covid. We did not see the home until the day of settlement! This time I was able to be 100% involved from strategic marketing, wading through multiple offers and attending the settlement on their behalf. It was a rollercoaster purchase, but it was a (almost) smooth sailing finish. Congratulations to my Sellers, and welcome the new neighbors to Passyunk!
