After an almost 3 year search with breaks a few breaks for major life events and of course, a global pandemic, Fred Breeze] scored a house that checked all his boxes, including location- which was key for him. A very well maintained grandma (in this case grandpa) house hit the market and he jumped on it and beat out other offers. It’s only been a week since settlement, but he already ripped up ALL the carpet throughout the entire house. Just minutes after these photos were taken, portions of that subfloor were taken up, and revealed what we expected- original floors!!! Congratulations Fred Breeze! I am so excited for you and cannot wait to see the finished product!
