Ian received his Real Estate License in 2004 and is a member of the National Association of Realtors. Ian earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in entrepreneurship from Central Connecticut State University. He spent a large amount of his youth in Connecticut and after graduating from Brookfield High School in 2004, he made the decision to move to New York and start his real estate career. After establishing himself as a top real estate agent in New York City, Ian relocated to Philadelphia and joined Star Real Estate Group, a boutique Philadelphia based real estate company before moving on to Keller Williams Philly. Growing up in the family real estate business, Ian knows what it takes to buy and sell a home in any market. As a teenager, he would knock on doors for his mother’s target market to hand out fliers of her listings. While times have changed with the use of the internet, he understands the hard work and commitment it takes to sell any home. Ian understands how to utilize the internet to get reach the greatest number of potential buyers and sellers.
