After establishing himself as a top real estate agent in New York City, Ian relocated to Philadelphia and joined Star Real Estate Group, a boutique Philadelphia based real estate company before moving on to Keller Williams Philly. Growing up in the family real estate business, Ian knows what it takes to buy and sell a home in any market. As a teenager, he would knock on doors for his mother’s target market to hand out fliers of her listings. While times have changed with the use of the internet, he understands the hard work and commitment it takes to sell any home. Ian understands how to utilize the internet to get reach the greatest number of potential buyers and sellers.
