When your shirt says “Dope Black Dad” but your daughters refuse to reenact it 😂

Asked my girls to pose like the dad and daughters on my shirt. Arms folded, serious face — the whole thing. They said it was corny. So we pivoted — the girls pointing at themselves on the shirt instead.

Our flight got canceled the morning of, so we had to change plans fast — but we’re still making memories together.

Getting another one ready. 💪🏾

Stopped by one of my South Philadelphia rentals today to check on the progress. The guys are inside getting it painted and ready for its next tenant.

One thing I noticed walking up… I really like what my first-floor tenant has done with the greenery out front. It’s amazing how a few plants and flowers can really brighten up a property.

This 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment will be available for rent next week after the holiday. I’ll post the listing next week, and I’ll also share it in my story.

My kids ain’t right. Why they had to do me like this?? Just saw Minions at 12:30 PM and I couldn’t even stay up for the entire movie. Not because the movie was bad, the parts I saw were actually entertaining but I just don’t have it in me to watch a two hour movie without falling asleep. 🤷🏾‍♂️😂😂

One of the coolest parts of this event wasn’t the decorations or the setup…

It was seeing family and friends take a few moments to tell this young lady how proud they are of her, how much they love her, and how excited they are for her future. ❤️

We put this video together so she would always have these messages and memories to look back on.

That’s what I enjoy most about Green Event Space . It’s not just about renting a room. It’s about creating a place where people can celebrate milestones, make memories, and spend time with the people who matter most.

Prom season may be over, but the celebrations continue.

We’re now booking graduation parties, baby showers, birthday celebrations, repass gatherings, meetings, and private events.

Congratulations again, and thank you to the family for allowing us to be a small part of such a special occasion. 🙌🏾

Man, they did a great job with this setup. 👏🏾

One thing I’ve enjoyed about owning is seeing people come in with a vision and then watching it all come together.

The family really showed up for this one. The decorations looked great, the couple looked amazing, and you could tell everybody was excited to celebrate together.
