After three straight months of hard work, determination, angst and through sheer grit and determination, two buyer clients are now newly minted homeowners! This deal technically closed over two weeks back, but out of an abundance of caution and a little superstition I decided to wait until all hurdles had been cleared and all funds were dispersed to make this celebratory post.

I can now officially call myself a veteran of the wild world of the manufactured home financing process. And I wouldn't be able to say that were it not for the amazing support of The Haupt Team and the calm, understanding cooperation of my wonderful clients to whom I am immensely grateful for entrusting me with this undertaking.
