Join a high-rise residential community in the vibrant Logan Square neighborhood as a Part-Time Front Desk Clerk, working Saturdays and Sundays from 3:00 PM–10:00 PM.
This SEIU Local 32BJ union position pays $24.26 per hour and is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service.
The Front Desk Clerk serves as the welcoming face of the community, providing face-to-face service by greeting residents and guests, answering phones, managing packages and mail, logging service requests, coordinating amenity and loading dock reservations, and responding promptly to emergencies. The role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently while remaining a team player.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a commitment to excellent customer service, and the physical ability to remain on their feet for most of the shift and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
