September People of the Month 💚
This month, we’re celebrating Shaquan Bagby, Service Manager at Fish Town Flats, and Michael Allen, Service Manager at Walnut for the ownership, consistency and initiative they bring to their communities every day.
Karen Finn, Accounts Payable Manager, shared:
“I wanted to take a minute to recognize the hard work, self-sufficiency, and initiative that Shaquan and Michael have demonstrated.
Too often, Service Managers and the service teams are the unsung heroes of a property and don’t always receive the recognition they deserve. Their work is critical to the day-to-day success of our communities, and I think it’s important to take a moment to acknowledge the impact they have.
They have both been incredibly solid and consistent in their day-to-day responsibilities, even while navigating the ever-changing environment that comes with Receivership properties. They have also stepped up in a big way during the time these properties have been without a Community Manager in place.
Their willingness to take ownership, support their teams, and keep things moving forward has absolutely not gone unnoticed. They have truly shown that they are an important part of the overall team, and I really appreciate everything they have brought to their properties.
I’m excited to continue seeing how far these properties can go with them as part of the team.
