Amber brings more than a decade of multifamily experience spanning onsite operations, asset performance, client relationships, and business development. She partners with owners, investors, and developers to drive operational excellence, maximize NOI, and implement strategies that position assets for long-term success. Known for her collaborative leadership style and ability to connect operational ex*****on with ownership objectives, Amber is also an active multifamily industry leader, serving on the Boards of Directors for the Florida Apartment Association and Bay Area Apartment Association, and as Region IX Delegate for the National Apartment Association. Prior to GoldOller, Amber held leadership roles as the Director of Business Development and Portfolio Services, and Directors of Operations. Amber is a graduate from the University of Southern Maine majoring in Sociology.

Reflecting on an unforgettable GOMeet 2026 in the Pocono Mountains. ⛰️✨

From inspiring conversations and collaborative sessions at Camp GO, to celebrating with our sponsors at GOchella, to our beautiful Ember & Smoke Gala where our award nominees and winners were recognized - and so many moments of connection in between - this year’s event was a true reminder of what makes GoldOller so special.

As our largest GOMeet yet, this week was all about Scaling New Heights: Pause for Intention. Lead with Purpose. - creating space to reconnect, celebrate our people, and continue building something great together.

We’ve grown and evolved in so many ways, but the heart of GoldOller continues to be our people and the culture we’ve built together. The energy, creativity, and collaboration throughout the week were truly unmatched, and it was incredible seeing teams from across the country come together as one.
