Everybody wanna be a landlord. 😳 “Landlordin” aint easy. Need some touch ups, but the hard stuff is done. 9am - 845pm. If only I counts have paid myself 😂😂😂🤷🏽‍♂️

WINDOW REPAINT
Reseal all gaps and cracks with great stuff.
Fill nail holes.
Sand & scrape.
Prime.
Caulk.
Prime window lintel ( metal rusty bar over window).
Two coats.
6 hours (all material needed to cure/dry)
I tried S-W multi surface pro on this window. I usually use duration.
