Hey everyone! I wanted to share the latest project I just finished for some clients in Doylestown. It came out so great I couldn’t wait to show everyone. For those that don’t know, I have my own architecture company Phitown Design that I design projects for clients. I also work with Eric at Phitown Investments where we develop our own projects (mostly multi-family condos). I don’t advertise a lot of my client work so not to confuse the two but I wanted to start sharing them as well. You’ll start seeing more of those in the weeks to come. You can always check out our website www.phitown.com also if you want to see them as well.
We want to introduce you to PHITOWN DESIGNs latest client project : It's an amazing transformation of the lower level living/kitchen space of this single family home in Doylestown. The original home was very traditional with formal segregated living, kitchen and dining spaces which made the home feel small, dark and disconnected. We moved the laundry room and powder room, opened one wall and widened a few existing openings. What a difference it made! We changed some windows/doors at the rear of the house and the light just floods in.
