President Trump Proposes Banning Institutional Investors from Buying Single-Family Homes.

The announcement, shared on Truth Social Jan. 7, echoes longstanding criticisms that investment firms have an unfair advantage over individual buyers in the single-family home market. (RisMedia)

It's a good read.

While we don't have a crystal ball, we will try to provide updates on the Philadelphia home sale scene as they become available.
