We’re seeing:
✔ More homes hitting the market
✔ Slightly lower mortgage rates
✔ Modest price stabilization
✔ Buyer interest starting to re-emerge

What does that mean? A more balanced market. Buyers may have a little more breathing room, and sellers can still see strong results if they price strategically.
