Enthusiastic, experienced, knowledgeable and understanding Realtor with an intimate knowledge of Center City, the Philadelphia area and the suburbs. 22 years of real estate experience with over 185 million in sales. My experience in architecture and design helps buyers realize how to use, renovate and redefine an urban home, and my ability to match the right home with the right buyer makes each t
ransaction seamless and stress-free. I am also an expert at pricing homes and assisting sellers with staging and preparing their homes for the market, which ultimately maximizes their sale price. My dedication and business acumen ensure my clients are delighted with the process of buying or selling. I have lived in the Philadelphia area since the early 1990s, when I attended Villanova University (B.A., Liberal Arts/Japanese Studies). After graduating from Villanova, I moved to Hitachi, Japan for two years in order to cultivate my Japanese language skills and teach English to business professionals at a private language school. I returned to Philadelphia to study Japanese studies at The University of Pennsylvania (M.A., Candidate) and Architectural Design at Drexel University (M.S., Architectural Design, 2000). After working for several residential and commercial architecture and interior design firms, I launched my career in real estate. In 2003 I joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS®, and in that time I have helped clients buy and sell over $100 million worth of real estate. I have received The Five Star Real Estate Professional Award every year since 2013, and I also received the Chairman Circle Gold Award, which is reserved for the top 2% of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices agents nationwide.
