Maple Terrace Apartments has received several complaints from the tenants pertaining to certain political candidates that are soliciting themselves for election with business cards on resident’s vehicles. Maple Terrace Apartments is private property, and there are signs that state “Private Property”, “No Trespassing”, and “No Soliciting”. Unless you have permission, you DO NOT come onto the property, and DO NOT touch any resident’s personal vehicles. This is your warning, and legal action WILL be taken.

Power is back on!
Thank you to the City of Philippi and their crews!

With the city of Philippi power outage , I want to remind everyone to stay safe.
Keep fridge shut as much as possible, if u have a cooler get ice and pack it with as much food as u can. Remember if your using candles to use caution , u can put blankets over doors windows to ensure no cold air comes through. Please remember space heaters are prohibited as they are to dangerous , and could catch fire.
From my understanding the city of Philippi is working as fast as they can to resolve this issue.
