Please be advised that a part of the front entry gate is currently non-operational. Residents should use the open side of the gate for entry and exit at this time.

The gate will not function with the keypad or any other access method. The gate contractor will be on-site to inspect the issue and order any necessary parts for repair.

This is a reminder that the roofing project is to begin April 27, 2026. All vehicles will need to be removed from the parking spots in front of buildings 14 and 15 by the end of the day on April 25th. Any vehicles remaining will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

The back parking lot will be open for additional parking and the pedestrian gate will be accessible for entry and exit to the community.

Attention Kensington Place Owners:

The community roofing project is scheduled to begin April 27, 2026. The project will begin with buildings 14 and 15. These two buildings are expected to be completed over a four-week time period. Once these buildings are completed, we will schedule the next set of buildings and update the community. The project in its entirety will be done over the next 24 months.

During this phase of the project there will be no parking in the spaces in front of buildings 14 and 15 beginning April 26, 2026, at 10am until completion. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Please be mindful of taped-off areas and refrain from dumping trash/items into the KT Roofing dumpster bins.

I was wondering if you could ask the community if anyone has had work done to their AC line. We're trying to figure out where the AC line runs from our unit to the outside condenser...if it's along the garage ceiling or otherwise. When we asked the HOA, they didn't have the HVAC schematics

Hi! Not sure if anybody else had the situation come up today, but I just had two girls coming up to my door banging on it multiple times asking for money giving various different excuses & then came up to my garage as well asking with a different story-also trying to open the door after not answering..just wanted to share.

This is a reminder to inform all residents about the responsibility for disposing of pet waste while on the property. There are bags behind the rear dumpster, in the dog park, and in front of Building 14.

Attention Kensington Place Homeowners:

The pool and hot tub are closed effective immediately for winter service and maintenance and will remain closed through March 2026.

All pool furniture will be moved to the clubhouse.
Access is by key entry only. FOBs will not operate the gate.
For key entry inquiries, contact Lou Metter at [email protected].
The pool cleaning service is authorized and will have key access for chemical service only.
Various areas within the pool enclosure will be under maintenance

No other access is permitted.

Anyone found inside the pool area without authorization—including renters, guests, and owners—will be considered trespassing.

If trespassers are observed inside the fenced area, contact the Phoenix Police Department. Please direct responding officers to the community bulletin board for the ARREST WITHOUT WARNING POLICY.
