The community roofing project is scheduled to reconvene Thursday, July 23, 2026. The next buildings will be 6 and 7.

During this phase of the project, there will be no parking in the spaces in front of buildings 6 and 7 beginning July 23, 2026, at 7am until completion. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Please be mindful of taped-off areas and refrain from dumping trash/items into the KT Roofing dumpster bins.

Please be advised that a part of the front entry gate is currently non-operational. Residents should use the open side of the gate for entry and exit at this time.

The gate will not function with the keypad or any other access method. The gate contractor will be on-site to inspect the issue and order any necessary parts for repair.

Once these buildings are completed, we will schedule the next set of buildings and update the community. The project in its entirety will be done over the next 24 months.

During this phase of the project there will be no parking in the spaces in front of buildings 14 and 15 beginning April 26, 2026, at 10am until completion. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
