Today marks the third anniversary of me obtaining my real estate license in Scottsdale, Arizona. Looking back, it was one of the hardest challenges I've ever faced. But fast forward to today, and I'm tackling what feels like the ultimate test - working on completing broker school, hustling in real estate 24/7, launching my business RelocationAZ, raising my three kids, owning my first home, and caring for a puppy.

There are moments when I'm overwhelmed and ask myself how I'm going to juggle all of this with grace and patience. But I refuse to let this temporary pain and overwhelm stop me. The reward waiting for me on the other side is too sweet and worth everything.

Despite being the youngest and least experienced in my class, I never doubt what I'm doing. I have a purpose - to revolutionize the real estate industry. I'm sick and tired of agents who don't call back, hide listings for a measly commission, fail to notify clients when a seller chooses another offer, and ignore messages. I'm fed up with incorrect paperwork, incomplete documents, and lackluster property photos that don't do justice to the space.

Rather than getting discouraged by the industry's shortcomings, I'm using it to fuel me. I don't have all the answers, but I'm determined to set a new standard in the business.
