Yoga Poses for when you're ON THE GO!
This month's pose: One-Legged Chair Pose!

One-Legged Chair Pose improves core strength and balance. You can also do this pose while seated (office chair, bench, stool, etc.)

1. Bring your hands to your heart and feel all four corners of your left foot on the floor as you start to peel your right foot off the ground.
2. Keep your left knee bent as you cross your right ankle over to rest on your left thigh just above your knee. Take a few breaths and repeat on the other side.

We celebrated the end of Summer break with a Back To School Bash!! 🫶

Thanks to the Urban Communities team we were able to hand out 40+ donated backpacks and school supplies to our community at Urban 148!

Thank you to our parents and kiddos for coming out and showing us how to have a proper water balloon fight! 😂

Join us at the Clubhouse/Pool area to celebrate the end of Summer Break. Featuring a poolside Back to School Bash complete with a backpack containing school supplies giveaway! Play some pool games, cool down with a snow cone, and enjoy a slice of pizza! Parents, please come out to sign out your student's backpack and school supplies donated by the Urban Communities Team.
