Experience Matters (A quick read)

A recent transaction reminded me why having an experienced agent in your corner matters.

I’ve worked with a California investor for nearly five years who has bought and resold hundreds of lots in Arizona.

Recently, a few transactions triggered Arizona public report requirements that weren’t met. When we went to sell a home he had built, ADRE denied the public report and opened an investigation—potentially exposing him to tens of thousands of dollars in fines and legal fees.

For months, we worked with ADRE, the title company, attorneys, and the investor to resolve the issue.

The result:

✅ Investigation closed without a finding
