Wow, what a COOL day! I started preparing this Paradise Valley listing almost a year ago, and today it’s officially sold!
I put my heart and soul into this one. There was a huge learning curve for me to learn about the market in a higher price range than I was used to. I had to get creative during the uncertainty of COVID-19. And I had to press through a lot of internal pressure I placed on myself...my clients were my parents after all!
But in reality, this isn’t a great day because of anything I did. All I did was answer an out-of-the-blue FaceTime call last week. It’s undeniable Who really deserves the credit and that’s the best part!
There’s a cool story here, but it deserves to be shared over a cup of coffee sometime. Would love to meet up if you want to hear it. 😎
For now, congrats to my parents for faithfully moving toward their goals, and to the new owners who are going to enjoy a wonderful home that has been very well loved!

Trying to get creative in these uncertain/crazy times...
Today I’m holding a “social distancing format” broker’s open house at my PV listing. Agents signed up for a staggered time slot to minimize traffic inside the home, all feedback will be gathered digitally from their own mobile devices, and provided pre-boxed lunches to go!

With all the craziness going on right now including the AZ stay-at-home mandate, buyers are doing way more online research and being much more selective on which houses they choose to see in person. So, I'm doing everything I can to maximize online/digital viewership of my listings. It's been a totally new -- but honestly super fun -- challenge!
For my new luxury listing in Paradise Valley, I jumped into a two-day project to write copy, plan/record/edit about 20 minutes of video, and create a custom website for the property. It just went live! 🙌 It's definitely not perfect, but I think it'll give prospective buyers and their agents a great "virtual" feel for this spectacular home.
While this is a very unfortunate and uncertain time for most industries right now, I've been encouraged by all of the individuals and businesses who are quickly pivoting to stay in front of their customers. It's motivating me to try and do the same! 💪

Helping people buy and sell houses is so much fun for me that it truly doesn’t feel like a job! And days like Thursday, when I got to help some close friends buy their first property together, are hard to top. 🙌🏼
Through creative negotiating, a great lender, and God’s help surely, we beat out multiple offers and the Rodriguezes were able to close on their charming, historic duplex in less than three weeks! 👏🏼
This couple is as generous as it gets and I’ve been inspired watching them welcome anyone and everyone into their former home. I can’t wait to see the people/families they end up blessing in and through this new place! 🏡
