One contingency we are starting to see come back is the Buyer needing to sell their home and use the equity to buy up. This contingency, in most cases, helps current homeowners avoid obtaining a Jumbo Loan (higher interest rate🫣).

✨Marry the home, not the interest rate.✨ If you're renting, you're paying your Landlord 100% interest, $0 return. The rise in interest rates has many Buyers waiting by the sidelines. But if you're financially ready to buy, what are you waiting for?

I met a couple over the past weekend at my Open House, who said their rent is $3,300/month! That's $39,600/year to their Landlord whose mortgage is probably half that amount (if they even have one, in which case is pure cash in their pocket).

Taking on a mortgage means your monthly payments are locked in for the length of the loan. Which also means, NO MORE RISE IN RENT. I'm here to encourage you to look into what homeownership means for you. And hopefully one day help you FIRE YOUR LANDLORD!

I hear frequently, "I want to sell my house but where would I go?" OR "There is nothing on the market to buy". While there may be some truth to both statements, I'm here to say it's possible to sell AND buy in this market. 🙅🏼‍♀️🏡🔑
