Blue skies, desert views, and another beautiful day of building homes! ☀️🏡

Every day brings a little more progress, a lot of hard work, and plenty to be proud of. There’s nothing quite like seeing a neighborhood take shape, one home at a time.

Just another great day at KinShip Homes!

KinShip Homes is proud to share that the second of the 7 Views homes is officially finished and ready for its new owners!

Nestled at the foothills of Piestewa Peak and coming in at just a skosh over 5,000 sq feet, this home is an absolute beauty. Thoughtfully designed, beautifully finished, and surrounded by some pretty incredible Arizona views.

We’re excited to see another 7 Views home come to life — and even more excited for the family who gets to call it home!
