HelloFresh, a meal kit company, is announcing plans to open a new distribution center in Phoenix, possibly providing as many as 1,200 new jobs over time.

Last year when I began my business, I was in awe of the senior agents in my office and aspired one day to just be on the closings board. It meant I was able to successfully service a client. I remember the moment when I completed my first transaction, it was the best feeling to know I was able to guide my client through a transaction in a new industry, help my client attain a life goal, and all the while enjoying it.

It was a tough year building my business from the ground up, but the most rewarding because I was able to be personal/ frank about what I wanted in my life and push myself out of my comfort zone. I’ve been seeking a career with purpose that I’m passionate in, while building a long term business that will enhance my ability to provide resources to my community and financial freedom to my family. That’s what drives me every day.

I am so proud of what my clients were able to achieve in 2020! This year, in addition to growing my business, I’m committed to learning more about the real estate industry/ passing along my knowledge to my clients and actively giving back to the community. Welcome to the club! We were such youngens when we first met and now I get to witness him buy a house as an adult! So proud of my friend and client Julian. He was able to gain $40K+ in equity even before purchasing the home as it was being built. We got into the subdivision during the pre-selling phase- he never had to compete with the crazy 🔥 market, got incentives towards his closing, and was able to pick his lot and finishes! From paper to reality, it was great to see his/his girlfriend’s faces when we did the walk through and were able to see how their vision came to life. Can’t wait to see how they furnish it.
