People always ask me if I think mortgage rates are going to continue to stay low. I've been following the numbers, and we're starting to see them rise again! I know 0.24% doesn't sound like a huge deal, but when that percentage is on a 40 year loan, it can mean thousands of dollars!

Can you believe mortgage rates are still dropping? 🤯 I honestly can't believe it.

Right now, it may actually be cheaper to BUY your home rather than RENT.
