A Day with 😎✌🏾
Spent the day with Pace Morby and honestly just tried to be a sponge the entire time. So grateful for the opportunity to step into his world for a day and see how he actually moves. Nothing beats watching someone operate in real time.

One of the coolest parts was seeing firsthand how he bought some of his deals and then going back through those neighborhoods reconnecting with people who bought the homes. Watching how those relationships turn into opportunities and quick income was powerful.

Getting to hear the stories behind the deals and walk through his memory lane was something I won’t forget. It also reminded me how special this community is. Pace built something that truly doesn’t exist anywhere else and I’m grateful to be part of it.

Entrepreneurship can be demanding. The grind, the long hours, the constant push to build something bigger than yourself. When you’re passionate about what you’re creating, you give it everything you’ve got.

But balance matters too.

For me, balance looks like disappearing into the mountains. Completely alone. Hiking deep into nature, sometimes camping out there with no cell service, no noise, and no expectations.

Some people might think that’s a little crazy… but out there I’m like a little kid again, grinning from ear to ear, just taking in the beauty of the world around me.

It’s where I pause.
It’s where I clear my mind.
It’s where I let go of the stress and pressure that comes with building something big.

Nature has a way of resetting you.

And when I come back, I come back sharper, more focused, and ready to give my business and my goals 110%.

Sometimes the best thing you can do for your journey is take a moment to step away and be there for yourself first. The clarity that comes from that pause is powerful.

Then you get back up… and keep going. The mountains remind me of something simple. Slow down, breathe, and remember why you started.

Every tile, every cabinet pull, every late night decision behind this space holds a lesson. This was once just a vision on paper. Now it’s standing solid, polished, and profitable.

I dont have it all figured out before I move and I don’t walk into rooms thinking I know it all. I walk in curious. Observing. Learning. Adjusting. Growing. Staying a student has been my greatest advantage. The moment you think you’ve arrived is the moment you stop expanding.
I feel excited for this next chapter. Sharper. More intentional. More powerful.

Confident in what I’ve built and building. 💪🏾
Sophisticated in how I move and unapologetic in my ambition.

This video isn't just a finished flip.
It's a full circle moment.
Every home I flip matters to me because I get to share it with the people who've been in my corner my entire life.
My family likes to see these homes before and after. They come in person, walk through them, feel the change. I love letting them experience it because it's something many of them have never had access to before, not at this scale.
We've come from hard things. A lot of perseverance. A lot of adapting. My mom lives with multiple sclerosis. My sister has Cerebral Palsy. Mobility is limited, opportunities can be limited too. So something as "simple" as a before and after on a home becomes something meaningful. It becomes proof. Proof of growth. Proof that effort compounds. Proof that what you build can be felt, not just seen.
My grandmother gets to walk through something bigger than a small remodel. My brother and sisters get to experience what creating value really looks like. We make it fun, we laugh, we celebrate, but there's also a lot of heart behind it.
It's about the journey. The stress. The
fear. The learning curve. And having people around me saying, you've got this, even when I'm unsure. That support is a big reason I keep climbing and pushing for more.
This is what this project represents. Growth. Family.
Access. And building something that didn't exist for us before.
