‼️ No, you don’t need to invest in luxury neighborhoods to make money. In fact, usually the luxury markets have the highest markups and you don’t actually make a return.

📍Location, location, location! This townhouse is located off of 56th st/Bell in the magic 85254 zip code and is just minutes from Kierland, Scottsdale Quarter, Scottsdale 101, and Desert Ridge. A good investment doesn’t always need to be located in the middle of all the action. As long as it’s within close proximity to high quality entertainment, restaurants, and shopping; has low crime rates, good schools, and ample grocery stores—being close to the action without being in it is the way to go! Less expensive to buy into, but can still charge higher rents. That’s the goal!
