Did you know that Copper State Appraisal Services, LLC services other counties? With many neighboring counties to Maricopa facing a shortage of real estate appraisers, it has been my mission to serve those communities. I love the differences in market dynamics and the ability to be a go-to source for many of my clients outside Maricopa.

But it's not all work and no play! I love the drive, the ability to try out new hiking spots and local cuisine. This past weekend I was in Kingman and Oro Valley. I got to stop off to visit the Rooster Cogburn Ostrich Ranch in Picacho, AZ.

It's a definite go to spot for all animal lovers 🐇🐔🐢🐦🐶🦆🫏
