Phoenix Rising Investments is excited to announce the completion of the AMPlify development in Chandler, AZ! What was once a vacant back-office building has been transformed into a cutting-edge manufacturing facility for a Fortune 500 company, complete with a dedicated 50 MW SRP substation.

This project adds 200,000 sq. ft. of high-tech space and makes a significant impact on the local economy. A huge thank you to the City of Chandler and SRP for their incredible support in bringing this vision to life.
