Hello San Melia Residents,
Attached is our May edition of the San Melia Monthly! 🌴🌸

We’re excited to share some of the fun things happening around the community this season, including upcoming resident events, preventative maintenance inspections, landscaping improvements, future pool furniture upgrades, and fitness center updates planned throughout 2026.

As many of you know, this past year has brought a lot of transition with the change in management. We truly appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding, and continued support as we work through improvements and long-term plans for the community.

We love San Melia and genuinely want everyone who calls this community home to feel at home here. Our goal moving forward is to continue creating a cleaner, safer, more enjoyable environment for all residents while also bringing more positive community events and updates throughout the year.

Join us for a sweet little Mother’s Day celebration at San Melia! 💕
Whether you’re a mom, have a mom in your life, want to bring your kiddos, or simply want to stop by and participate in a fun community activity — all are welcome to join us for our “Mom’s ROCK” Rock Painting Event!

📅 Friday, May 8th, 2026
⏰ 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
📍 San Melia Clubhouse / Common Area
🍪 Sweets, treats & drinks provided
🪨 Supplies available while they last

Each guest is welcome to paint:
✨ One rock to take home
✨ One additional rock for San Melia’s brand new Community Rock Garden
(Or just create one for the garden if you’d prefer!)

We’re excited to start this special little community project together and create a space filled with colorful, meaningful rocks made by our residents and families. We hope you’ll stop by, relax, get creative, and celebrate the amazing moms and loved ones in our community with us.

Thank you to all the residents that stopped in yesterday for the BYOB flower arrangement event!

We had such a fun time getting to witness everyone's creativity with making the beautiful bouquets!
We had about 40 entries in our *Guess How Many* Sweetheart Candy game and we had TWO WINNERS! With 444 candies in the jar, we had two residents guess 450! The winners will be sent a gift card by EOD today through Community Rewards and we will contact you directly. CONGRATS TO OUR WINNERS!
