Did you know... you don’t need 20% down to buy a home? 🏡 Many buyers put down far less. Conventional can be around 10–14%, FHA as low as 3.5% for qualified buyers, and VA or USDA loans can be 0% down. 20% isn’t a requirement for everyone. Want to know what you can afford? DM me.

What an INCREDIBLE night! 💕🎶✨

We had so much fun at the **Disney Descendants, ZOMBIES & Camp Rock: Worlds Collide Concert**! 🎤🔥

I went with my daughter Tashia and one of her best friends, Charli, and these girls had THE BEST time! The talent was absolutely amazing — such incredible performers! 🤩

And the energy in that crowd was something special. ❤️ I loved seeing so many families, excited kids singing along to every song, dancing, cheering, and completely living in the moment. It was just pure fun and positivity!

And somehow we ended up **FRONT ROW!** 🙌🏼😱 Tashia and Charli were even able to reach out and touch hands with the performers when they came by. Their faces said it all! 😂🥰

Such a fun night, so many smiles, and definitely a memory we’ll be talking about for a long time! 💕🎶
