SOLD !!! Congratulations to my Sellers 👏🎊 They have officially CLOSED on the SALE OF THEIR HOME!!

We accepted an offer in 30 days of being on the market. Right now the average days that homes are sitting on the market is 81 days. 53% of transactions are giving seller concessions to buyers. My sellers did NOT pay any concessions to the buyers. (Huge win!) Concessions is when the seller gives a credit $ to the buyers to help them with their costs. The offer was a 10 day closing and No inspection and No appraisal. This was a very strong offer for my sellers 🙌🏽 HUGE WIN FOR MY SELLERS !!

CONGRATULATIONS to my client !!! She is officially under contract for her first home here in AZ 🌵🏡 !! Let me tell you - a woman on a mission is a powerful thing ❤️❤️❤️

She was able to buy a New Construction home, she’ll be the first person to live in the home, she doesn’t have to wait months or a year for it to be built because it is going to be ready in August 👏

She will be getting a 1.5% INTEREST RATE for the 1st year of owning the home, a 2.5% interest rate for the 2nd year of owning the home, 3.5% the 3rd year, and 4.5% for the life of the loan and can refinance if rates dip lower than that. This saves her hundreds of dollars per month ! The market interest rate is high 6’s low 7’s, so you can see how it’s a great deal.

We met on IG, then we spoke about her needs, found her what met her needs, and now she is going to be a homeowner next month 🎊😄

You don’t have to get a new construction home to get a deal. There are a lot of options out there for you.

Congratulations Jessica 🎊👏🏽🏡 She is a first time home buyer and got a great deal on her New Construction Home 👏🏽 We first met on Tik Tok last month and now she is under contract on her new home. ⭐️She will be getting an interest rate in the 5’s even though the interest rate on the market is in the 7’s. Her home will be complete in October.

💰 I’ve been finding the best deals for my buyers at the new build communities. Don’t let the higher interest rates stop you from buying a home. You don’t have to have a rate in the 7s if you buy today. 🚨I’m finding interest rates in the 3’s 4’s and 5’s at new build communities, as well as price reductions, and help from the builder to pay for buyers closing costs.

Congratulations to my clients for going under contract on their New Build Home. 🎊 They weren’t even thinking about New Build homes but I let them know that a lot of my clients are getting the best deals right now with these homes. This home has the perfect layout for their family 🏡❤️ The builder will be paying all of my clients closing costs, buying down their interest rate so that they have a much more affordable monthly payment, and also throwing in a washer, dryer, and refrigerator 👏🏽 All they have to worry about is paying for their down payment.
